Faculty & Staff Challenge
This wellness initiative is designed to help Faculty & Staff reach optimal health and well-being. Through incentives and school competition, the Faculty & Staff are encouraged to embrace healthier lifestyles to help serve as role models. Faculty & Staff will receive one point for each daily challenge completed.
| Challenge 1: | Exercise 30 minutes. | |
| Challenge 2: | Walk 10,000 steps. | |
| Challenge 3: | Be tobacco free. | |
| Challenge 4: | Achieve your desirable body weight (or lose 2% a month). | |
| Challenge 5: | Eat 3 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit. | |
| Challenge 6: | Achieve 7 or more hours of sleep. | |
| *Bonus Challenge: | Walk 1 million steps. | |
| *Bonus Challenge: | Walk 2 million steps. |
