Faculty & Staff Challenge

This wellness initiative is designed to help Faculty & Staff reach optimal health and well-being. Through incentives and school competition, the Faculty & Staff are encouraged to embrace healthier lifestyles to help serve as role models. Faculty & Staff will receive one point for each daily challenge completed.

Challenge 1:   Exercise 30 minutes.
Challenge 2:   Walk 10,000 steps.
Challenge 3:   Be tobacco free.
Challenge 4:   Achieve your desirable body weight (or lose 2% a month).
Challenge 5:   Eat 3 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit.
Challenge 6:   Achieve 7 or more hours of sleep.
*Bonus Challenge:   Walk 1 million steps.
*Bonus Challenge:   Walk 2 million steps.
